The Center
Located in the very heart of Eugena, the Center is completely dominated by the Palace and it's extensive grounds. Galton Cain, the current ruler of Eugena, is the only man with the right to live here, though the headquarters of military might and all the other essentials to Eugena's limited governance are located here.

The Fields
Home of the tenth caste: The "Gifted." Occupying most of the more expansive outer spiral, the Fields are the seat of agriculture and home to the lowest caste of citizens. Slaves, the sick, the elderly, and the fearful mingle with Testers and visiting Enforcers, while hope is rare.
