>> Persona.

Demeanor: Akitzetsumei, Akizets for short, is considerably affectionate towards anyone she knows well enough to trust. It is, however, exceptionally easy to earn her trust, specifically when she is in a very casual state. In such a state, she is extremely flighty, and even ditsy to a large degree. However, Akizets is very easily influenced by strong emotional states, and upon being placed in such a state, will maintain it for some time, even if the emotional response seems dulled or not strong enough, considering the situation.

>> History.

General History: ? ? ?

Thread History:
>> Exitus tenus Memoria: Akitzets is referenced early on by Toushikyo, when he chastises Eldridge Tsukimono for his wind-related ability; he references Akizetsumei, whom he refers to as a much more powerful user of wind. Akizets appears at an unknown location, to track down Gestahl, her surrogate father, to express her concerns about her surrogate mother. She was soft-spoken, however, and appeared to be genuinely happy to see Gestahl, even if he had left her mother, Katalyna, waiting in worry for some time. Upon Gestahl's death at the hands of Tsukimono, she attempts to console her mother, but is unable to remember what happened long enough to be of any help.

>> The Hurricane Cometh: Shortly after her father's death, Akizetsumei's brother, Oboreru, goes missing. He was previously kept in veritable lockdown for nearly a month, following a battle with Akizets wherein Oboreru lost control over himself and had to be confined. Akizets searches Hillcrest for him, believing that he might be out for revenge, but loses her way in Galaens. She is assisted by Tsukimono, who she no longer recognizes by name; at that point, she's forgotten about her father's death. Tsukimono helps her to Hillcrest, helps her look for her brother, and ever lets her stay in his room for an evening. Akizets quickly falls in love with Tsukimono, but shortly after finding her brother, it's revealed that Tsukimono was her father's killer--leading Akizets to try and treat Eld with hatred and aggression. When Eld confronts Oboreru at a lake nearby Hillcrest, she arrives to stop them both, and in the coming fight, attacks them both aggressively. She slowly forgets that Eld killed her father, however, and by the time Oboreru gives up his physical and spiritual form to the lake, to become a monstrous and powerful machination of water to defeat Eld and her both, she sides with Eld against Oboreru. Upon taking mortal injury in the fight, however, she slowly begins to recall lost memories, including her father's death. However, when she remembers why her father was in Hillcrest to begin with, she understands both that her father was a dangerous man and that Eld fought entirely out of self defense; Akizets forgives Eld entirely. After it becomes impossible to succeed against Oboreru in any other way, she gives up her physical and spiritual form to Tsukimono, to use her power and his combined to defeat Oboreru. When Tsukimono returns to Akizetsumei, she is dying, but remembers everything she'd once forgotten. Akizetsumei serenely passes away as she recalls and recounts most of her life to Eldridge Tsukimono . . .

>> Powers and Abilities.

Special abilities: Akizetsumei's primary ability is that of wind and air control. She can walk on the air as if it's solid if she so wishes and create powerful gusts of wind at will. If, however, she uses a conduit to create a wind source, she can amplify the wind's power, doubling its strength.

Fighting style: Because of the logistics behind conduits enhancing her power, Akizetsumei uses steel fans to create gusts of wind, then uses her own power to enhance them. Akizetsumei will use her speed to her advantage more often than not, but usually after an initial strike, she functions on a level of "parry/block, counter-attack, repeat."

Weapon of Choice: Steel fans. Her particular fans are vague representatives of her person. When shut, they can be blunt or even carry a blade's edge and are as durable as a well crafted sword; when open, however, they can generate any number of different breeze strengths, but are extremely fragile in the process.

. . . . Physical Information

Skin color — Fair.
Eye color — Reddish-Brown.
Hair color — Platinum Blond.
Height — 4'10''.
Weight — 98lbs.
Visible age — 11-13.
True age — 13.
Voice — Akizetsumei almost always speaks with high pitched enthusiasm. During rare moments of nervousness, she can sometimes slur whole sentences into a single word.

. . . . Personae
Name — Akizetsumei of Terra.
Status — Alive.
Birthplace — Undocumented; supposedly on the road.
Nationality — Unknown; suggested to be an upper-Continental tribal society. 1
Marital status — Single.
Demeanor — High spirited and energetic, Akizetsumei of Terra is regarded by her peers with both fondness and dislike. She has next to no social niche to fill and frequently wanders from social group to social group. She is neither academic nor unintelligent, and is thus incapable of fitting in with most intellectual classes of peers in Hillcrest. Akizetsumei is almost entirely incapable of feeling competitive, as well. She is an athletic competitor to Sarah Vaerbond, for example, does not view it as competition so much as a running partner. Although she has come to terms with her inability to exist with any permanence in any social group in particular-- she is most frequently disregarded after long enough --Akizetsumei still secretly wants to find a place in her village where she belongs.
Few things drive her to paralyzing nervousness, and she is mostly optimistic and cheerful. Such things that can drive her to nervousness are the notions (and fears) of male interest and all discussions of "the future." She is more frightened of the idea of adulthood than she is unwilling to pursue it.

Life Goals — A survey was conducted during Akizetsumei's last years in public school, regarding her three most valuable life goals. They were presented as follows:

1. "Fly!"
2. "Make a suuuuuuuper high jump!"
3. "Stand on top of a moving train."

She was promptly viewed by her teachers as potentially suicidal, and her parents were quickly warned. Her father, Gestahl of Terra, explained that these were goals she talked highly of, and she fully planned to live to tell the tale of their completion.

. . . . History
As the story goes, Akizetsumei was born on the road between northern and southern Algeroth during a rare and powerful wind storm. Her mother Katalyna, a spiritual and polytheistic woman, believes this to be the source of Akizetsumei's love of all things that "go fast," as well as the girl's personal pleasures in running, train spotting, and dreaming of flight. It wasn't long after Akizetsumei was born that the Terra Clan left its previously tribal and wayward lifestyle to live in the southern Algerothian town of Hillcrest.

Akizetsumei went through public school as most children in Hillcrest did, as well as her older brother and sister before her. Hillcrest public school functions in a very limited way, as it educates children up until the age of ten, before setting them out in the world to pursue independent study, apprenticeship, or the beginnings of the life of a laborer. Akizetsumei survived public school, but frequently bounced back and forth from clique to clique, never once finding any particular group of friends to belong with. Three years after being set free from the bonds of school, Akizetsumei still has no clear idea of what to do with her life. It is a topic that bothers her regularly, especially when brought up by any one of her parents.

She has a total of one major crush, and that is on a boy three years her senior. His name is Eldridge Tsukimono, and he is the first boy that has ever displayed frequent and consistent kindness and acceptance of her, regardless of her quirks.

. . . . Contacts
Gestahal — Father. A sculpted man of stoic demeanor, he is extremely liberal and generous with his family. Gestahl expects his children to have solid plans for the future, however, and is not against lecturing Akizetsumei for her frequent avoidance of the subject, frequently prompting her to fear the notion of talking to him alone.
Katalyna — Mother; a woman that has aged with the utmost grace. She, like Gestahl, works regularly, enough that Akizetsumei sometimes does not see her for days at a time. She tries her absolute best to mother her children, and though she sometimes fails to be as maternal as she would prefer-- such as her abysmal cooking abilities --Akizetsumei recognizes the thought and love behind every one of her actions, and sees some of her worst accidents and blunders as the best maternal comfort a girl could ever ask for.
Lynavleder — Older sister. Lyna for short. Supposedly born during a lightning storm. An eccentric woman stricken by wanderlust, she is Akizetsumei's eldest sibling. She rarely sees Lyna, however, but is especially excited when the woman stops though town. She is said to be a violinist for a traveling orchestra. Since a young age, Akizetsumei has called her "Laina."
Toushikyo — Older brother. Supposedly born in the cold northern regions of the continent. As a scholar with a love for intellectual pursuits, Toushikyo regularly shuns Akizetsumei's more frivolous activities. Even his friends find his indifferent, unsympathetic, and uncouth personality rather abrasive at times. Akizetsumei and he have gotten into frequent disputes over personal space. Regardless of his disagreeable attitude, he is extremely protective of his little sister.
Oboreru — Younger brother. Born during a rare flooding of Hillcrest Village. The youngest of the Terra Clan, Oboreru was unfortunately raised in a household that sometimes went days without the presence of a patriarch or matriarch. He is riddled with abandonment issues, and is more saddened by the coming end of public school than any of his classmates. Fearing his older brother's blunt and discourteous facade, he frequently clings to Akizetsumei for support.
Eldridge Tsukimono Crush. A boy three years older than Akizetsumei and a long time friend of Toushikyo's, Eldridge has shown nothing but compassion and acceptance for Akizetsumei. As the first real crush she's ever had, Akizetsumei has not exactly come to terms with her feelings yet; instead, she only acknowledges that she wants badly to be good friends with him, and is stricken by paralyzing nervousness at the thought of losing that chance.
Etsu Kotaino Eld's cousin and Akizetsumei's would be competition. Etsu is stoic and cold for the most part, but she has recently warmed up to Eld. She is regularly by Eld's side and often regards Akizetsumei with general disinterest. Though Eld and Etsu are cousins, Etsu (and Eld, tangentially) were raised in a culture that does not recognize romantic boundaries between anything outside of one's immediate family, a cultural view very similar to what Akizetsumei was raised to acknowledge. Akizetsumei is frequently jealous of Etsu for numerous reasons, often entirely inconsequential.

. . . . Talents
Athleticism — It is a known fact throughout the village of Hillcrest that Akizetsumei of Terra is an extremely energetic young girl that usually occupies herself with various feats of athleticism. She is an avid runner and is supposedly the quickest person in the village, regardless of her age.
