General History: Ryia had in all her years of being born knew the truth behind her birth, despite being born. She always felt weird when near water or hearing the wind. She felt...close to them. It seemed like she could hear their very words like they were speaking to her. It seemed odd to her at first, but eventually someone would explain just what she was. She was someone with the blood of elementals in her. She could hear the voices of both water and the wind. It wasn't by accident either the elder of the village would explain to her. Their village in prospects was one that lived closely to the elements, but every so often a person known as the Genasi would be born to normal human parents able to hear the elements speak. Ryia would become such a child of this and instead of being a normal human, but instead she found she was born a Genasi. She'd eventually leave her village to travel wherever she could till the day her death would be certain.
