Appearance: Damek is roughly the same size of a human, standing about six feet tall. His skin is a dull grey, similar to the stones to which their race was named. Despite the fact that his skin seems to be made of solid rock, it is in fact skin, although it is significantly more durable than human skin. His prominant facial feature is his eyes, a shining pair of deep emerald green eyes that almost seem to glow. When encountered without his cloak, the first thing people notice is usually his second pair of arms, protruding from his midsection.

History: Not much is publicly known about Damek, other than the fact that he appeared shortly after the cataclysm that devastated the world. Nobody is really sure what caused him to be born from the earth, or even how it happened exactly. About all that is truly known about him is that he is a friend of the earth and it's people. He is known to be very slow to anger, and show near endless amounts of patience, but woe to the raiding party who makes the mistake of attacking him or his allies. For those who refer to him but don't know his name, he is often referred to as simply "the stonechild".

Tremorsense - Due to his strong ties to the earth, Damek is able to sense the vibrations in the earth caused by nearby creatures. When used underground, it's range is extended due to the sheer amount of earth around him. When he is in buildings or on ships, the effective range is reduced.

Earth Magic - Damek is able to do quite a few things with his earth magic. Most of them however, revolve around defense, often times lifting rocks from the ground and forming a temporary suit of armor for him, or lifting an earth wall between him and his foes, allowing one or the other of them to reconsider the encounter.



-Flaws- Due to the nature of his birth, simply being born full grown from the earth, Damek's people skills are sorely lacking. His lack of understanding of the subtleties of speach or humor, in addition to his complete shortage of knowledge relating to children and childhood can sometimes be a great hindrance to him in social situations.
