Demeanor — To describe him in one word, Aldric looks tired. His eyes are usually half-lidded and downcast, and his facial expressions all have an air of preoccupation about them. However, he speaks and moves with an unusual confidence and alertness. He is generally in a good mood, if a bit sarcastic, and will typically try to cheer up the people around him who aren't. Ever since the End came, he has been trying to surround himself with cheerful people, and has invariably been met with failure.
He is fiercely attached to his own and his families honor, an inborn trait from his noble family, and will defend it to the blood, at the very least. He prefers not to speak of his family, but when he does, he uses grand and glorious terms to do it. Occasionally he comes off as a bit prideful, but he immediately changes his mannerisms the moment he become conscious of it.

Aldric was born into a very wealthy family in the center of Vontier, and had his every need cared for. Over the course of his life, he was given private tutors on all the matter of the world, especially politics, and was treated to many hobbies classically applied to the wealthy. Foremost among this was fencing, an art he took to very early on in his life. He became prideful and spoiled over the years, as the progeny of old money so often does. And it seemed he was on a fast track to become the family's representative head, when the End came.
After that, everything changed. He had lost everything. His parents died when the beings of light and shadow came, and he lost sight of his sister during a great earthquake. He is not sure to this day whether she is alive or dead. In the following weeks, he had to become vastly more responsible, as what was left of his family's estate was technically in his care. To assuage a crisis of conscience, he began getting active in the surviving community, and became a good deal more sympathetic to the cause of the commoners (a typical complaint towards the Montegue family.) Realizing that danger was more prevalent in this new world, he began training with actual bladed sabers, rather than training sabers.
Once again, his life changed when he was attacked in the street and left for dead by a few members of their family's old rivals. Through this near-death experience, in which he refused to let himelsf cross over, he became tied to the Reapers. As his opposing family had taken over his estate in the meantime and publicized his death, he decided to start anew somewhere else.

Special power(s) — Seele Ubertritt: As with all reapers, Aldric has the ability to channel energy/qi/chi/etc. For him, it manifests in combat as a trance, in which his reflexes and speed greatly increase. this comes at the cost of intense focus, in which he is only aware consciously of what he is directly looking at, and only aware subconsciously of what is in his field of vision. He becomes very vulnerable to attacks from behind, and has trouble attacking foes at his sides.
Fighting skill — Aldric is an accomplished fencer, specializing in the saber. He has been taught from a young age and was able over the years to at least stand his ground against the most renowned fencers of Vontier. As said above, he recently abandoned the training blade and moved on to a finely crafted duelling saber.
