History: As the first born son, Kazuya was expected to carry most of the responsibility in the Nabeshima household. His sister was often taught alongside him, which created a strong bond with the siblings. Under the tutelage of his father, he quickly built a passion for espionage and was often dealt the deadlier assignments.
During one of his assignments, Kazuya caused a chain reaction that inevitably caused the death of their parents. After his parent's death, he was never able to forgive himself and attempted to put his training in the past.
When he inherited their elaborate home, Kazuya changed the home into a soba restaurant. His sister uses the restaurant as a hub for her personal operations. Since reuniting with his sister, she has attempted to bring him back into the Shinobi world once more. Kazuya's dream of cooking for the Prince, is usually thwarted by random acts of interrogation, clan warfare and his sister's desire to continue the Shinobi traditions of their late father.
In denial of his own skills, he dismisses his current victories and continues his reckless dream of becoming a personal chef for the Prince.
Personality: Kazuya is very laid back, sarcastic and lively. He often lacks direct communication and can easily be misunderstood. More often than not, Kazuya rarely sees the underlying nature of a serious situation. His sister Cho, is usually aiding him in combat, or helping him escape a dire situation that could have been meticulously avoided. He speaks in a monotonous tone, can be thought of as callous and lacks the ability to sympathise with an individual. Even though he has faults, Kazuya also possesses a rare loyalty that was influenced by his father. He also has an unnatural affinity for women and gambling.
Skills: He is a master with the art(s) of Taijutsu (unarmed combat), Kenjutsu (sword techniques), Hensojutsu (disguise/impersonation), Shinobi-iri (stealth), Hensojutsu, and archery. Kazuya mostly focused on the Taijutsu techniques and Kenjutsu.
