Demeanor — Scott is defined best in two words: self serving. He is extremely manipulative and excels at both scheming and evading conflicts (in the rare case that his schemes are discovered), perhaps even one of the best in the Dirige. At times, he does this simply for entertainment value, but mostly has some sort of greater goal in mind, such as the ruining of someone's career, long-term boosts to his own career, the recruiting of new Reapers for the Dirige's (and his own) benefit, and etc. In some most cases, intentionally upsetting another person has a long-term purpose beyond simply getting a laugh at their expense.
On top of a self-serving and scheming attitude, Scott possesses many vices. He's in love with sex, drugs, and loud music. Scott has no qualms with bedding most members of the female sex, and only ever feels obligation for one woman in particular: Addison Draugr. Any sort of relationship with another woman is almost guaranteed to be some degree of short term.
All that aside, however, Scott does have a soft side to him. When he becomes particularly attached to someone, he's less likely to sell them out or stab them in the back for the greater gain, and isn't incapable of feeling sympathy. Provided the right circumstances, even, he'll go so far as to take direct action to assist another person, without directly or indirectly gaining from it.

Special power(s) — Qi. Scott is extremely talented in manipulating the effects of spiritual energy through the crafting of spell circles, verbal triggers, and direct manipulation. As a Reaper, his unique spiritual energy is purely non-elemental. He can damage nearly anything without constraints of elemental or natural strengths, but also cannot exploit any such weaknesses, either. Spell circles are his most efficient and/or damaging methods, but requires the longest set up. Verbal triggers are moderately effective, while direct manipulation is instant but weak.
