General History: A strong-minded woman and very independent. She is not above telling someone off if they upset her, or throwing to the ground. Her stature is one of beauty on the outside, but harsh on the insides to those of her crew when they sail on the open seas. She might not show that she is much of a pirate by looks alone. Her body shows no muscles from doing the same work as her men. This is of course a ruse. She is plenty strong able to throw the heaviest of her crew clear across the deck for pure sport. She is not gifted with any powers like some of her crew. Unlike her the crew she has being of mix of various races, she is a pure-blooded human that had rose through the ranks to inherit the Mistraven from the previous captain by fighting amongst the strongest of the crew for it. She won by cunning and smarts alone and using their weakness as well.
The reason she is still captain is due to the fact she does not suffer the effects of the song of the siren if ran into like the men of the ship. She is completely unaffected. Her being a woman makes up this difference, as the stories go about the sirens luring men to their doom. Caroline understands this, but she still wishes to find the treasure before anyone else to prove she is the best pirate out there. She grows tired of people underestimating her abilities.
