His deep voice can also be very calming when he talks softly; almost hypnotic it is the kind of voice that can send goose bumps down ones back by just listening to it.

Demeanor — Stoic. Dane often appears as an unmoveable wall, he carries himself with the confidence of a trained soldier. He listens more than he speaks and speaks only to either give orders or confirm orders given to him. This is not to say that he is unpleasant, he merely treats those without a military background as outsiders, but still with respect. With those he truly trusts he is more open and shows a much more likeable and friendly side.

Life — Dane White grew up in a relatively unknown kingdom, Aeithier. His father Hiroshi Amori (Cizokian) came to Alexandria seeking a new life and found it in Danes mother, Catherine White. Catherine was a maid in the Kings castle and Hiroshi a soldier in the Kings army.
Dane saw how well the military life treated his family and decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a soldier of Aeithier. The military life was what Dane had expected, and while it was certainly difficult it was also rewarding.
Death — As a Soldier Dane was prepared for war and war is what came calling. Dane was sent to defend his home against an invading force. War was nothing like Dane had heard about, there was no glory, no knights on shining armour or heroes to save the day. It was brutal, bloody and chaotic. Dane shone through the chaos however, not as a hero, but as a foundation to which others could count on. His large frame combined with large armour that only made him appear bigger was something the men could rally around.
Dane found himself at the centre of defences and helping to hold the front lines. The popularity came at a cost however, in battle Dane could shrug off terrifying blows and continue to fight, in his armour with shield and sword he was becoming a symbol for his men. The enemy could have none of that and so in the night without a word, with no climatic battle or final stand Danes throat was slit by an unknown assassin as he slept putting a quick end to the would-be-hero.
Rebirth — Dane had always heard the stories of men who had ‘near death’ experiences. However, his experience was nothing like those stories. Dane laid on his cot, throat slit with limbs tied and unable to move. The only thing he could hear was the sound of himself gurgling on blood, it seemed to take forever but in time Dane succumbed and silently passed away.
Or at least he thought he did, he woke later in the night the ropes holding him were discarded on the floor and he found that he could breath. He knew it to be no dream, and in moments he was proven right. The figure that was there was unlike Dane had ever seen or witnessed, Dane didn’t know how he knew...but he knew the man before him could be nothing less than a god, and with recent happenings Dane knew exactly which god it was. Dane knew fear beyond anything he felt before, a fear that he soon learned was misplaced.
The God of Death came to Dane with a proposition; he had need of a trained soldier. Knowing his life as a soldier was not at its end Dane quickly agreed and postponed his death for an undetermined time. That fateful day was several years ago and Dane has served the organization faithfully and to the best of his ability.
Dirige — An organization under the direct command of the god of life and Death. They exist to fill in where the god fails, proof that even the gods of Utopia cannot do everything at once. Death's purpose in the colorless land of the dead is to send departed souls to their prospective afterlives. Therefore, this is what the Dirige aid Death in doing. Using a technique known as Seele Übertritt--first created by Death himself and passed down to his "disciples," the Dirige--they can transport themselves from Purgatory to any region(s) which require them and continue to pass souls on to the next life after this. But that is not their only point.
The Dirige also exist to exterminate those classified as the Âme Voleur. These individuals are thieves which harvest the souls of the dead for their own purpose, rather than permitting them to pass on to the next life. The Âme Voleur can range from necromancers to soul eaters. The Dirige also do what they can to maintain the balance of energy amongst the worlds. If any one world obtains too much spiritual energy, it can be a detriment to the others: especially Purgatory. As a realm made of Qi--spiritual energy--it becomes chaotic when threatened by another realm. For the sake of order, the Dirige filter spiritual energy throughout the worlds to the best of their abilities.

Weapon of Choice — When he was alive Dane was trained in the use of many different, but common weapons; Axes, swords, pole arms, archery and various combinations. He specializes in the use of a shield and any one handed weapon and keeps two or three different one handed weapons on him at most times.
Fortified – Keeping with his soldiering background Dane prefers to wear armour when he is in battle. He has no one ‘set’ he constantly wears and instead switches based on the mission. He is trained to get the most out of his armour as possible, and is not afraid to take a blow.
Seele Übertritt — Like all other Dirige, Dane has been trained in the Seele Übertritt technique. Users of the technique can siphon spiritual energy from other realms, regardless of location. This can also be used to transport matter from realm to realm--which is exactly how the Dirige move souls into their prospective afterlives. Seele Übertritt can also be used for battle, however. During times of physical conflict, a user of this technique will tap into the spiritual energy of Purgatory, usually to place into his or her weapon or body.

Ame Voleur Potential — As a Reaper, if Dane gives into anger and tampers with another person's spirit he'll become an Ame Voleur. This extends beyond normal moral standards, though; there is an unknown, active force that seems to drive residents of Purgatory to become obsessive and become Ame Voleurs.
Code of Conduct— Dane holds himself to the principles his father and that being a soldier taught him; loyalty, duty, respect, selfless-service, honour, integrity and personal courage. He upholds these morals, even if it would mean his life.
