A sporadic poem from today.

Ever had the inspiration to write poetry that seemingly came out of nowhere? Well, I had that today. This short poem (on which I'll probably add more) is the result.

'Pon Reading the Writ of Ancient China

My heart is no stone
Where the weeds o'er the hearth have grown--
Where the color has faded and turned to mush
so evident when my mind starts to gush!--
Where the reeds of the lake achrome have thrived!--
And all feeling has been deprived.

Turn this immobile bloodpath;
live eternal in rationale!--
And watch with patience from b'yond the grave,
Your empty name forever on a page.
