Modern Mayako as a country fan? Just not seeing it.

Anyway, I am a little confused--are we really supposed to put on shuffle on a playlist and let fate decide, or do we actually pick the songs?

I kid you not. It was part of the original designs. Mayako would be all about country music, Sarah would swear on classic rock, and Emma would habitually listen to screamo and 21st century non-prog metal on her cheap MP3 player while gardening ('cause she wouldn't be able to afford an iPod. Bawwww.) Likewise, I pictured Etsu always tuning out the rest of the world via a hefty pair of headphones--through which she constantly blares various j-pop bands, because that's what you do when you're overly ethnic.

However . . .

I will do one for Gaia.

Waking Up: Arcarsenal - At the Drive In. (Now I'm not a huge fan of this song, but I'm not gonna lie: this is a pretty awesome way to wake up.)
Daily Routine: A Perfect Circle - Freedom of Choice. (I hope I'm not the only one who gets the irony here. This appears at random for this was just perfect.)
Hard at Work: Bush - Machinehead. (I can did this.)
Traveling: The Cranberries - No Need to Argue. (. . . hm. I'm not sure what to think about this, if there even is anything to think about it . . . )
Plot Twist!: Placebo - Running up that Hill. (Fuck yeah. This shuffle luck needs to keep on the darker songs in my folder.)
Happy Moments: Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill 0 soundtrack) - Snowblind. (And it did. Hahahahaha . . . )
Deep in Thought: Rammstein - Seemann (This is German enough. Even though Gaia's pseudonym is French. He's still based on me, and I'm unnecessarily German. I not only accept this, but I encourage it.)
Battle Theme: System of a Down - Innervision (This is a bit too badass for him. Unless he's got an infinite lead pipe. If it can't break off in Cyril Shariph's gut, then I suppose he could be badass enough for this song. This would have been Louis XIV's "Pledge Allegiance," but that MP3 is apparently corrupt.)
Depression: System of a Down - Nuguns. (I don't think I'll land two SoaD songs in a row ever again.)
Victory Music: System of a Down - Streamline (HOW THE FUCK IS THIS HAPPENING?)
Falling in Love: Modest Mouse - Fire it Up (To see if it was going to continue this infinite shuffle of SoaD songs, I cycled through the next fifteen songs until I reached something other than SoaD. I think my WMP is a SoaD fan.)
Defeat: Sagisou Shirou (from a Bleach movie; the very fact that I was guaranteed two deliciously depressing opera songs ensured the downloading of this soundtrack) - Always be with me in mind. (This is admittedly a bit too sad. I'm disappointed that the shuffle luck didn't guarantee MGS3's "Snake Eater" to pop up for this.)
Character Theme: The Black Mages - At Zanarkand. (I smiled a li'l.)
Running out of Time/Panic: Evanescence - My Tourniquet (I smiled some more. Although this would fit one of his followers better, I can dig this.)
Finally Snaps: Judas Priest - Paint it Black (cover). (I smiled a thousand times more. This is pretty fucking metal.)
Bedtime: Wumpscut - Thorns. (And by "bedtime," this means "good night, world. When the sun comes back up, you'll be a much better place," except in a vastly less helpful way.)

I want gaia's sound track in my vagina. It's always weird how these turn out. Like for Emli's battle theme he got a song about a historical figure that was friken impossible to kill. HOW DOES IT WORK!? Who knows, I also like how his "hurry up" song is Low Rider, he's obviously not in much of a hurry.

But I think Gaia's soundtrack owns everyone else's soundtrack unless I see something cooler.

Edit: Also I havent listened to any SOAD in a hundred years, but I love them. Nate you listen to good music,

I was honestly a little disappointed that the shuffle luck didn't expose the variety of music I have built up. Some opera popped up and all, but considering the fact that I've got something of almost every musical genre that I listen to regularly, it could've been more diverse! Ah well.
