Demeanor: Oboreru is an unfortunate soul. He is emotionally and mentally incapable of maintaining any one emotion for any real length of time. His emotions will always change rapidly, even if his thoughts do not. He might think someone is being cruel to him, and be happy about it one moment and complacent the next, all the while still thinking the individual is being cruel to him.

>> The Hurricane Cometh: Oboreru appeared in Hillcrest shortly after his father's death, seeking revenge against Eldridge Tsukimono, his father's killer. When he finally encountered Tsukimono at last, Tsukimono was escorting his sister, Akizetsumei. As Akizets had "killed" Oboreru nearly a month prior, Oboreru still believed her to be a traitor, and attacked the both of them before fleeing. He was later met by Tsukimono and Akizetsumei at a lake a half an hour away from Hillcrest, which Oboreru had been draining up into the sky with intent to drown and collapse Hillcrest in constant rainfall. In the coming fight, Oboreru stole Tsukimono's weapon, Kageko, but even then was unable to defeat Eld and Akizetsumei both. In a last ditch effort to kill Tsukimono, Oboreru gave up his physical and spiritual form to the lake--to merge with it and become a mindless beast with a want only to kill Eldridge Tsukimono. Akizetsumei and Tsukimono teamed together to defeat him, with Akizets giving up her own physical and spiritual form in the process. He was inevitably destroyed by their combined efforts. His dying feelings were those of serene numbness, a feeling he'd never experienced before.

Special abilities: Oboreru wields powerful control over liquids of all kinds, ranging from water to acids to the blood inside his body. To a lesser degree, he can even affect the senses of those near him, allowing him to muddle and blend their senses together, much like one blends vastly unlike liquids in density together in a solution, if only for a brief period of time.
Fighting style: Oboreru fights much akin to that of a martial artist, but is limited to weapons combat--and the quarter staff only. With a quarter staff or any similarly balanced pole, he is extremely deadly, and while he, himself, is not too terribly quick on his feet, he is maddeningly nimble and dexterous with his hands. More often than not, however, he muddles his opponent's senses before fighting, even though-- provided the presence of water or open space --he doesn't need such a security measure.
