Demeanor: Driven by ambition and kindness, Circe typically goes out of her way to make friends and is sometimes more forceful about it than she should be. She is fully devoted to the Dirige’s mission of protecting the sanctity of death and eliminating threats to the Real World, regardless of the sacrifices that she or any other agent must make to accomplish the mission. While normally light-hearted and easy going, Circe becomes the definition of serious when she’s out in the field, and almost never strays from the objective without good reason.
History: Circe is the daughter of two first generation Dirige agents: A Cizokian-born Reaper and his handler, a woman from Greoul. In addition, both her mother and father were exemplary agents, skilled in many aspects of their jobs, and commanding the respect of their peers because of it. As should be expected, this places a large amount of pressure on the girl, who has always looked up to her parents, and must not drop below the expectations of her colleagues and superiors ‘less she shame the family name. Despite the pressure, Circe has been knowledgeable about the Dirige for many years, way before most, at least, and had no problem adjusting to the life and even dreams of being the best; a worthy goal, to be sure.

Kusarigamajutsu: Like her father, Circe is trained in the use of the kusarigama; a straight-bladed scythe with a weighted chain attached, and is incredibly skilled at using the weapon.
Seele Übertritt: An ability that is normally a necessary component in performing one’s job as a Dirige agent, and especially as a Reaper. Seele Übertritt allows Circe to guide the souls of the dead, but is also used in generating an array of elemental effects and augmenting her weapon with them. While she is capable of generating several effects, they are generally weaker over-all, due to a lack of specialization, but also allow Circe to be one of the more adaptable agents.
